He could be anything from early 30s to late 50s, and his polite mannerisms--when he chooses to deploy them--feel even older.
History: The Feytower commissioner position is the strongest of the commissioner offices, in part because the magical Feytower where the wizards live and work is so crucial to the life of the city. The office is currently held by a man named Luther Rivvers, a powerful man from an old and connected family. He is the final word on what happens in the magic district, and though he is not a mage himself, it is said that even powerful wizards fear him. His temper is legendary and his enemies tend to meet lethal accidents soon after offending him.
Other Details: Just over his heart, and seen by almost no living creature save himself, is a black ink tattoo of a hand-sickle: the farmer's tool, and the symbol of the death-god Nerull.
